PARKING

Building 1 + 2
Please park in front of your room number. If you are bringing 2 vehicles, please park them in front of one another, not next to each other. This helps with other guests parking.

Building 3
If you are in Rooms 11-14, please park in front of Room 10 and the doors to the left of that room. If you are in Rooms 15-18, please park down the hill in front of the lower units.

Coffee

We provide a Single Cup Coffee Brewer with a few K Cups, Sugar & Sweetener, Creamer and To Go Cups

Towels

Each bedroom has towels for your stay, plus a couple extra. If you need more let us know and we will do our best to have someone deliver additional. Please note, we do not have staff on site at all times.

We can accommodate this request between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Toiletries

We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup removal wipes.

Linens

We do not keep additional linens in individual rooms. There is one extra blanket in each room (typically stored on the shelf or in a dresser).

If you have any requests regarding linens, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

TV + Streaming Services

Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. All guests have the ability to sign into their own streaming services. There is also a couple free channels for guest use.

Property Rules

  • Please respect our neighbors + other guests. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • No parties

  • ALL people staying need to be listed on the reservation. This includes teens, children + infants

  • Guests will not tamper with any security cameras on the exterior of the property

  • No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, any of it) or vaping in the room. I don’t care what you do with your time, please don’t do drugs in our place. Smell remediation of any kind will result in a charge starting at $175

  • No pets of any kind in the room unless given permission

  • Flush only toilet paper in our toilets. Even the "flushable wipes" should not be used. Throw away used makeup cloths too

  • Unapproved late check outs will incur a $30/per hour charge

  • Travel insurance recommended. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather

Damages

Let us know if anything gets broken or damaged while you are in your room. We have little time in between guests so knowing ahead of time is appreciated. Our cleaning team takes pictures after every cleaning so we know which guests do damage.

  • We understand accidents happen. Give us a heads up if we need to fix, deep clean or replace anything.

  • Please do not make any changes to the decor or furniture during your stay.

  • If a TV remote goes missing, just let us know so we can order a replacement.

FAQ

  • Can we check in earlier than 3:00 PM?

    • Early check in’s are pending availability. If we can accommodate early we try to. Anything more than an hour early we charge for.
      Send us a message 24-48 hours prior to check in and we can tell you if we can accommodate.

  • Can we check out later than 11:00 AM?

    • Late check out’s are pending availability. Send us a message during your stay to inquire.

  • Do you provide plates, cups, bowls, silverware or anything like that?

    • We provide some travel coffee cups. Guests would bring those items with them.
